FSC Certified - The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world's forests. The FSC does this by setting standards on forest products, along with certifying and labeling them as eco-friendly.
CARB2 Certified - is a certification process instituted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to reduce formaldehyde emissions and protect the public from airborne toxic contaminants. There’s a reason CARB has become known as the “clean air agency”. The CARB2 compliant seal indicates that the product’s formaldehyde levels are well within the safety limits.
